My perspective on real estate does not come from a single career. Before entering real estate, I built businesses across manufacturing, publishing, and advertising—industries where understanding value, reading markets, negotiating effectively, and protecting long-term interests were essential.
Along the way, I invested in real estate, relocated across the country, and experienced firsthand what it means to make a major move with incomplete information and real money on the line.
That experience shaped the way I approach this business. I do not view a home purchase or sale as simply a transaction to complete. I see it as a lifestyle decision, a financial decision, and a long-term value decision—because that is exactly what it is for the people sitting across from me.
