Biography & experience
I’m George Latos, Realtor® with Zachos Realty & Design Group, serving buyers and sellers in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
My approach to real estate is shaped by more than the housing market. I bring broad business experience across both the public and private sectors, along with a background in real estate investment, relocation, luxury property decision-making, and years of negotiation experience. That perspective allows me to look at real estate differently — not simply as a transaction, but as a lifestyle decision, a financial decision, and a long-term value decision.
Having relocated from California to Florida myself, I understand that choosing a home is about much more than bedrooms, square footage, or price. It is about lifestyle, family, taxes, community, timing, resale strength, and finding a place that truly fits the way you want to live.
For buyers, that means helping you compare communities, understand the difference between new construction and resale, evaluate HOA and CDD costs, think through lot selection, and consider how the home may perform when it is time to sell.
